• How much do you charge?
    • Hourly rate which is a 2 hour minimum which includes time for picking up materials
    • Estimate which would give a general idea for cost of project
    • For specific jobs such as a faucet replacement we have standard pricing as well
    • For repairs we charge a fee to look at the project
  • What is your service area?
    • We serve the North Side of the city of Chicago and the Northern Suburbs such as Glenview and Winnetka
  • What type of projects do you do?
    • Small projects like hanging pictures, patching drywall…
  • What don’t we do?
    • Large remodeling projects requiring more than one person
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    • We are a licensed under our Illinois Contractor License which gives us the ability to do jobs up to $500,000 and we are insured up to $2 Million, God forbid, there should be a need to use it.

    • We give a 30 day warranty on our labor only
